Day
01: Arrive Bombay. Transfer to pre booked hotel. P.M.: half day
city tour of Bombay visiting Gateway of India, Hanging Gardens, Maha Luxmi
Temple and Prince of Wales Museum.
Day 02: Bombay
- Aurangabad (By train). Upon arrival transferred to pre booked
hotel. P.M.: excursion to Ajanta Ellora caves.
Day
03: Aurangabad - Udaipur (By flight).Upon arival met and
transferred to pre booked hotel.
Day 04: UdaipurCity
tour of Udaipur visiting the City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Sahelion Ki Bari
(garden of the maids of honour), Pratap Smarak etc.
Day
05:Udaipur - Pushkar (By car 310 kms 8 hrs). Upon arrival check in
to pre booked hotel. Places of interest are the Brahma Temple (the only one
of its kind), the ghats and the market.
Day 06:
Pushkar - Jaipur (By car 135 kms 31/2 hrs). Upon arrival check in
to pre booked hotel.
Day 07: JaipurFull
day city tour of Jaipur visiting the City Palace or Chandra Mahal -
converted as a museum, Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), Jantar Mantar - The
Royal observatory built by the Maharaja Jai Singh, Excursion to Amber Fort
(The Massive Citadel on the Hill) highlighted by an elephant ride upto the
entrance of the fort. The fort is a living example of the grandeur and
majesty of the Rajput kings.
Day 08: Jaipur -
Agra via Fatehpur Sikri (By car 7 hrs). Upon arrival check in to
pre booked hotel.
Day 09: Agra - Varanasi (By
overnight train). A.M.: City tour of Agra visiting Taj Mahal, Agra
Fort and Itmad-ud-Daula. Later in the evening transferred to railway station
to board overnight train to Varanasi.
Day 10:
Arrive Varanasi. Transferred to pre booked hotel. P.M.: Excursion
to Sarnath.
Day 11: Varanasi.Early
morning boat ride on river Ganges to see the devotees perform various
rituals. Later in the morning city tour of Varanasi visiting the Vishwanath
Temple. Bharat mata temple, Banaras Hindu University and Durga Temple.
Day
12: Varanasi - Delhi (By overnight train). Day
13: Arrive Delhi.Transferred to pre booked hotel. Combined city
tour of Old and New Delhi visiting Red Fort. Jama masjid, Raj Ghat,
Rashtrapati Bhawan, India Gate, Humayun's Tomb and Qutub Minar.
Day
14: Leave Delhi. Departure, tranfer to airport to board flight for
onward journey.
